Terms of Service
Last Updated: January 19, 2026
Welcome to LPT La Porte Concrete. By accessing our website at www.laporteconcreteworks.com or engaging our concrete services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or hiring us for concrete work, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
LPT La Porte Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and finishing services for residential and commercial properties in La Porte, TX and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, decorative concrete, walkways, pool decks, and commercial flatwork.
All service agreements are subject to written estimates and contracts. The scope of work, timeline, and pricing will be clearly outlined before any work begins. Changes to the agreed-upon scope may result in additional charges.
3. Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for concrete projects. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices quoted are based on site conditions at the time of inspection. If unexpected site conditions are discovered during excavation or preparation, we will notify you immediately and provide an updated quote before proceeding with additional work.
Payment terms will be specified in your service contract. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
4. Project Timeline and Scheduling
We will provide an estimated timeline for your project based on the scope of work and current schedule. While we make every effort to complete projects on time, actual completion dates may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site issues. We will communicate any delays as soon as possible.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled work may result in a cancellation fee to cover materials ordered and scheduling costs.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and removing any obstacles, vehicles, or personal property before we arrive. You must also ensure that any underground utilities are marked by the appropriate utility companies before excavation begins.
Please inform us of any special site conditions, property line concerns, or homeowner association requirements before work begins. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary homeowner association approvals.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation for a specified period as outlined in your service contract. This warranty does not cover damage caused by ground settling, improper use, acts of nature, or lack of proper maintenance.
Concrete naturally develops minor surface cracks over time. Small hairline cracks are a normal part of the concrete curing process and are not covered under warranty. Significant structural cracks or failures resulting from our workmanship will be repaired at no charge during the warranty period.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for property damage and injuries that may occur during our work.
We are not liable for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked by utility companies, damage to landscaping outside the agreed work area, or pre-existing conditions not disclosed during the estimate process.
